The Folder can be modified and saving is done in the menu instead of through the leader/healer Navi. The menu can be opened during a mission, but with limited options. Liberation Mission: Switching Navis now can be done with the X and Y Button.The event chips, LeaderRaid and ChaosLord can now be obtained in game normally. New Battle Chips: Some Battle Chips with new codes or extremely rare codes in the GBA version can be obtained via Lotto Number.Up to three Navis can be switched with their counterparts at any one time during a Liberation Mission. It switches a Navi with a corresponding one in the other version (e.g. Transport Chip: A "Transport Chip", or TP Chip for short, can be used in Liberation battles.These Navis can be customized with the Party Customizer and can also perform Double Attacks together. Party Battle System: In the non-critical parts of the plot, one can select two Navis on Lan's HP and they can used in battles as Party Navis.The player can yell something into the DS's microphone and if they succeeded, MegaMan or the current Navi will gain a randomly selected combination of bonuses such as Full Synchro, HP recovery or a Barrier. Critical State: A new state in the Emotion Window that turns it pink.E-Mails: E-Mail menu has been expanded and sectioned into Team, Pals, and Others.Music: The entire soundtrack has been redone with new instrumentals.ProtoMan and Colonel also have models while they are being operated.
